Prop Junkie Sponsor Q&As

Since I am getting multiple emails a day requesting info on being a Prop Junkie Sponsor I am putting together a little Q&A section to help save you {and me} time.

Q: What is a Prop Junkie Sponsor?

They are businesses that advertise with an ad on the Prop Junkie blog.  There are only a select group of vendors that are accepted.  With only a limited number of the same types of vendors being accepted to ensure that they Prop Junkie fans are seeing a variety of vendors and not just 100 crocheted hat vendors.

Q: What ad sizes are available?

Small 75×150 for $25/Month or Large 150×150 for $40/Month

Q: How does the subscription work?

The subscription is handled through PayPal and once you sign up you are billed monthly by PayPal automatically.  If you sign up and pay by CC then PayPal will bill your CC the same day every month as long as you are a Sponsor.  This makes it really easy for you and me!

Q: Where will the ad be placed on the blog?

All new ads are placed at the bottom.  Once a month the ads are rotated and the ads on the top go to the bottom and the ads on the bottom work their way to the top.  This keeps the ad placement fresh.

Q: What additional benefits come with being a Prop Junkie Sponsor?

Along with placement on the right side of the blog where the ad is visible from every page all Prop Junkie Sponsors are also listed in the “Where to Shop” directory in ONE category that fits them best.   The Prop Junkie Sponsors {and Photographers} are also allowed to post on the Prop Junkie Fan Page as their Business page.  NO other businesses are allowed to do this.  During the weekends I allow the Sponsors to share any sale info that they have that week in a specific post so that all the fans can easily find the deals for that week.  On Sundays there are Facebook Shout Outs to as many of the Sponsors as I can.  Usually about 50%.

Q: How many hits a month does the Prop Junkie blog have?

In August 2012 there were just under 148,000 hits!

Q: Can I cancel my ad subscription?

Yes, at any time through PayPal.  Your ad will remove up until the end of your pre-paid month then it will be removed.

Q: How do I sign up?

Use the contact link at the top of the blog to email me with a link to your store along with the ad size you are interested in.  Once your store is viewed and there is availability for your type of store then a link is sent for you to set up the subscription with PayPal.
